STRICTLY NO PETS are allowed, sorry.

Smoking

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy.

Damages

We do not levy a deposit to cover damage during your stay. We trust our guests to treat the property with respect and don't worry about minor breakages. We do charge for more substantial damage to equipment and fittings. There is an additional charge for the property left in an unclean condition.


Payment

We require a deposit of 30% to be paid at the time of booking, with the balance of 70% due six weeks before arrival.
